Refined Young Leaders

Refined Young Leaders is an interactive youth development experience designed to build confidence, communication, leadership, social awareness and proper conduct both on and off the golf course.

Through engaging activities and real-world experiences, youth will develop skills in table manners and dining etiquette, effective communication, leadership, respect, empathy, professional presence and social graces.

Led by Shacori Valentine, Certified Etiquette Consultant, the program gives young people the tools to carry themselves with confidence, character and intention.
